Sometimes beauty can be found in the most unexpected things. While in Melbourne, I needed to get my iPhone fixed. I had dropped it a week before and cracked the screen. The Apple store was in the Chadstone shopping centre and even though it was a Sunday morning, we turned up nice and early. Too early in fact. Everything was closed. We needed to wait an hour or so for the Apple store to open, so in the meantime we found a cafe that was open and grabbed some breakfast. Once that was done, we went for a wonder around the centre. After a couple of times of going around I noticed that the centre had an amazing glass roof. I wanted to take a photo of it, but I did not have my camera with me. Luckily my wife, Smudge, did have hers. A Fujifilm X10. I pointed the camera up, but had difficulty getting the entire roof in the shot. I had to get down really low in order for everything to fit. I love the way that from directly below, the roof forms the shape of a 9. I am sure this was not intentional, but it looks cool non-the-less.
